Senior UX/UI Software Engineer (2 positions available)


ForexValley Tech Ltd is currently seeking a Senior UX/UI Software Engineer to join our small but quickly growing team. You are highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and love to try new things and do them well. You will be part of a small web application development team – so you must be a problem solver, a fast learner, and comfortable wearing many hats. You enjoy a challenge and finding elegant solutions to complex problems, and thrive under pressure of high visibility deadlines. You will enjoy flexibility and freedom to work on your own schedule and lifestyle.

Role:

Further Develop User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) on our in-house proprietary trading platform.

Essential Strengths:

  • 5+ years of experience in Web Development
  • Deliver code for a high-quality, test-driven, standards-based, cross-browser-compatible presentation layer
  • Demonstrate technical excellence in software development (program design, coding, testing, debugging)
  • Implement new applications, enhancements and bug fixes
  • Be a customer advocate - think of the customer in all requirements and projects
  • Work with other members of the development team as well as product owners and business analysts to define functional and technical requirements
  • Be a key contributor in the estimation process allowing the team to provide high quality estimates
  • Assist end users in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise. Recommend appropriate solutions including risk analysis and work estimates
  • Recommend system enhancements, patches or upgrades necessary to support system stability and performance
  • Provide on-call support for trading platform
  • Other essential tasks may occur.

Sales Officer / Business development (2 positions available)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building business through gaining new customers and accounts through social media, references, previous contacts
  • Meeting clients in person, re-assuring them of the company product
  • Meeting monthly sales target as decided by the management
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with all clients for their retention and future prospects
  • Providing management with market feedback
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth
  • Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies

The ideal candidates will be:

  • Fluent in English and any additional language will be beneficial
  • Strong selling skills and previous experience in the forex/binary industry will be beneficial
  • Demonstrated history of developing and successfully implementing innovative customer service progress
  • MBA degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Result-driven and a self-starter
  • Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills
  • Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience managing, developing and overseeing departmental performance measurements
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ready to achieve personal sales target

Education:

Sales/Marketing B.S. or higher with basic Mathematics or Economics/Finance included
